Match Officials get Oceania exposure

Auckland Football Federation match officials are at the forefront of the action during the OFC Champions League with six individuals taking part in Oceania’s premier club competition.

Campbell Kirk-Waugh and Glen Lochrie were in action in Noumea, New Caledonia with Kirk-Waugh also picking up duties in Tahiti as action in Group D got underway in Papeete. Joining Kirk-Waugh in French Polynesia is Nick Waldron.

Group C, currently underway at Centre Park in Mangere, sees fitness instructor Greg Gallop in action while referee assessor Neil Fox is also present.

The OFC Champions League group stage concludes on Saturday 25 March when Auckland City FC play Malampa Revivors and Western United of the Solomon Islands tackle Papua New Guinea’s Lae City Dwellers.
